Chalet owners/visitors are required to abide by the terms of their lease
 

Chalet occupation for holiday use only
 

Parking only in areas designated for parking
 

Parking is not permitted on roadways
 

Please do not drive on the grass to get to chalets
 

Dogs must be kept on leads & under control.  Mess to be cleaned up
 

No obstructions to pathways (especially outside of chalets on footpaths)
 

No Benches/Boxes
 

No washing lines
 

No Satellite dishes
 

No new phone lines
 

No camping
 

No Fires
 

No Barbeques direct on grass
 

The grass is a communal area so please do leave items on the grass when they are not in use. This also helps when the grass is being cut.
 

Storage of boats/trailers/cars etc. for duration of owner/visitor holiday on site only. Owner/Visitor to confirm/check space availability with site manager before bringing on site
 

Major renovation works to chalets to be kept to minimum during holiday season
 

All rubbish to placed in bins provided and not left outside of chalets.
 

Please Recycle using bins provided and do not contaminate recycle bins with the wrong waste types. PLEASE LOOK AT THE SIGNAGE ON THE BINS!!!!!!
 

Household goods/electrical items/ old furniture/building materials & spoil to be taken off site to Kingsbridge refuse centre.
