Norton Park Chalet Owners Association is a volunteer-run association with membership open to every chalet owner at Norton Park (with some minor exceptions). We collectively represent members on a variety of issues and try to work for the good of Norton Park in general.

We can provide information for prospective chalet owners who are thinking about buying a chalet. On the public pages you'll find information on costs, ground rent, letting your chalet and many other issues.

In recent years, we have contributed towards a CCTV system that monitors the central areas and bins. The CCTV has acted as a strong deterrent to fly-tippers and the general public parking up on the site.

It costs just £20 a year to join. Together we are better.

We have a collective voice and we can try to solve problems that affect all chalet owners.
